Job summary

Foodics seeks a Global Cybersecurity GRC Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance across the group. You will translate regulatory obligations into practical controls with clear ownership and measurable remediation plans, reporting to the CISO.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Cybersecurity, Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and business teams, including Foodics Pay compliance support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or audit with enterprise GRC experience.
• Strong hands-on ISO27001 and SOC2 knowledge with gap assessments and remediation.
• Understanding of Saudi privacy requirements (NCA ECC, KSA PDPL) and practical controls.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, control libraries, and evidence repositories.
• Experience coordinating audits and supporting certification readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate group cybersecurity GRC program under the CISO.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, owners, dates, and evidence.
• Maintain risk register, drive remediation, and escalate material risks.
• Manage internal/external audits and customer security due diligence.
• Prepare GRC dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Embed cybersecurity requirements across Technology, Product, Operations, and Legal.
