Foodics is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define and execute the ERP strategy across the Middle East and Egypt. You will shape AI-native workflows, integrate with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem, and drive end-to-end financial processes from transaction capture to reporting.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and finance to ensure regulatory alignment (VAT, tax rules) and scalable restaurant-focused features, building roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management with ERP focus.
• ERP and Fintech exposure advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the ERP product strategy for Foodics in the Middle East and Egypt.
• Build an AI-native ERP platform deeply integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.
• Ensure end-to-end financial workflows from transaction capture to reporting.
• Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities (VAT/regulations).
• Ensure VAT invoicing and regulatory reporting across markets.
• Develop AI-driven automation for bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS payments.
• Design ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations.
• Integrate with Foodics POS, Payments, Inventory & Purchasing, Payroll, Banking.
• Build APIs/integrations with external financial systems.
• Translate vision into roadmaps and PRDs; drive execution with engineers, design, compliance, and finance.
• Prioritize features by customer value, regulatory needs, and scalability.
• Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments.
• Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise groups.
