Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of FP&A experience.
• CFA, CMA, ACCA or CPA is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to present insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.
• Analyze results and identify key performance drivers.
