Job summary

Aramco seeks a seasoned Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Department (P&PMD). The role coordinates business plans, accountability reporting, and performance analysis for senior management and the Board.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA and/or CMA/CFA/CPA preferred. 12 years in planning, performance management, and BI tools required.

Qualifications

• As the successful candidate, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or CMA/CFA/CPA are preferred.
• 12 years of related experience in planning and performance management with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical findings and recommendations for business plan preparation and performance reporting.
• Conduct P&PM studies, benchmarking, risk management, and process design changes.
• Supervise and mentor P&PM staff in analytical practice.
• Perform other related analytical duties as assigned.
