Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CMA certification is required.
• 5+ years of financial management or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements, monthly/quarterly reports, and year-end financials.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting process and forecast revenues, costs, and capital expenditures; monitor performance against budget.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity; optimize working capital.
• Team Leadership: Supervise accounting team and provide guidance, training, and evaluations.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely filing of statements and compliance with tax regulations.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Support senior management with insights, risk analysis, and cost/revenue opportunities.
