Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in senior-level finance roles.
• Experience in governance, risk, controls, procurement, contract management, or commercial operations.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into financial and commercial processes.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized Finance and Control function across City Operations, covering finance, governance, risk, controls, procurement, and contract management.
• Ensure clear priorities and effective ways of working for the team and oversee diverse skill sets.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control for City Operations.
• Oversee invoicing, intercompany charging, service charge management, and controls to support performance.
• Coordinate with central functions and address City Operations requirements; respond to audits.
