Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Director - Finance and Control to turn operational priorities into robust financial plans, controls, reporting and insights, partnering with stakeholders to enable disciplined execution.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, service charge models, KPI dashboards, and period-close processes across City Operations, driving cost optimization and transparent financial performance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, management reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Experience with service charge, cost-recovery, or shared services models.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Deep knowledge of invoicing, GL, reconciliations, accruals, and period-close processes.
• Ability to translate operational needs into financial plans and insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for City Operations in coordination with QIC Finance.
• Develop service charge and cost-recovery mechanisms, including inputs, calculations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, MIS reporting, and performance insights for leadership decision-making.
• Manage budget control and cost tracking across City Operations functions, highlighting risks, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead the invoicing process in collaboration with City Operations teams and QIC central functions.
• Maintain asset registers and general ledger integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and period-close support.
• Coordinate with Finance & Controls, City Operations, QIC Finance, and stakeholders to align financial processes.

As Director - Finance and Control, you will play a key role in strengthening the financial foundations of City Operations. • Experience translating operational needs into financial plans, reports, and actionable insights, and working effectively with City Operations leaders, central finance teams, senior leadership, and business unit counterparts.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field is a plus.
