Job summary

AZM Talent is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Project Manager in Riyadh to lead business transformation initiatives and ensure projects stay on budget and aligned with strategic goals.

You will develop structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and forecasts, identify risks, and report progress to senior leadership. Fluency in Arabic and English is required for effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience managing structured business or transformation projects.
• Direct experience implementing plans across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• PMP certification preferred, not required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise business projects, from planning through execution and close-out.
• Develop structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure initiatives are executed as designed.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Track expenditures against budget and report variances.
• Identify risks and implementation challenges early, and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment for successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Report project status, financial performance, and risks to senior management.
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
