Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Cost Planning to build construction cost budgets, guide pre-contract cost strategies, and align financial aspects with the organization\'s budget and strategic goals. You will oversee cost consultants, monitor design efficiencies, and ensure adherence to IPMS and Qiddiya templates as projects progress.

This role requires GCC experience and a track record on projects valued over 200m SAR, with benchmarking and accurate

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant Cost Planning Experience (Cost Planning, Quantity Surveying, Estimating).
• Local GCC Construction experience preferred, 2+ years.
• Expert with industry standards (NRM, CESMM, RIBA, POMI).
• Experience on large-scale projects with construction value > 200m SAR.
• Familiar with benchmarking costs and design in KSA/Middle East; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Cost Planning: drive proactive cost planning with cost vs. value understanding.
• Cost Consultant Management: review cost plans and ensure design alignment.
• Standards: enforce IPMS guidelines and internal policies/templates.
• Business Units: provide updates on costs and metrics for internal reviews.
• Benchmarking: integrate design metrics with cost positions across phases.
