Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director - Project Director Design to lead design for its Strategic Development Unit. You will shape governance, policies and processes, align with brand vision, and oversee complex, giga-project design activities.

Requirements include 20+ years in large developments, strong procurement and governance expertise, and leadership across executive teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, time-bound projects within budget and HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (required).
• Master’s degree in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish/update design and project management framework for all delivery methods.
• Develop/update policies, processes, manuals and templates for design and consultancy (including PMC).
• Define governance process with detailed RACI for all projects.
