Job summary

Asteri Beauty is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning professional to develop 12-18 month forecasts across channels, categories, accounts and items. You will drive IBP reviews with cross-functional teams, aligning demand with financial and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include analyzing historical sales, market trends, and promotions to refine base and promotional forecasts, conducting variance root-cause analysis, and ensuring optimal stock by location while coordinating with logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor is required in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning within Beauty or FMCG.
• Strong process-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting tools and methodologies with financial/operational impact.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage 12–18 month demand forecasts at channel, category, and item levels.
• Lead monthly IBP (S&OP) forecast reviews with cross-functional teams for alignment with business strategy.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotions to improve item level forecasts.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on forecast variances and implement corrective actions.
• Build stock levels by location considering lead times and supply reaction times.
• Manage inbound/outbound replenishment and inventory to avoid overstock.
• Collaborate with New Products Development and Marketing on novelties planning.
