Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning or forecasting.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting: Analysing market intelligence, historical sales data, industry trends and demand patterns to develop accurate forecasts.
• Supply & inventory planning: Developing supply plans that maintain optimal inventory levels while identifying and addressing potential shortages or excess stock.
• Cross-functional influence: Working closely with sales, marketing and logistics teams to ensure planning decisions are aligned with wider business objectives.
