Job summary

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, is building a new procurement and supply chain platform in Saudi Arabia. This role provides coordination and analytical support across onboarding, Order-to-Deliver, integration, and governance for customer-facing technology engagements.

You will capture requirements, maintain trackers, prepare materials for governance forums, and act as a liaison between business teams and Technology delivery, under the Customer Business Partner Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, MIS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in customer business partnering, IT demand management, or governance preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant roles such as customer business partnering or technology delivery support.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, or order-to-deliver processes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requirements and onboarding inputs for governance forums.
• Log, classify, and maintain customer business and technology requirements in trackers or workflows.
• Prepare materials and notes for onboarding workshops and governance reviews.
• Act as liaison between customer-facing teams and Technology delivery groups.
• Support IT impact assessment inputs and prioritization discussions with stakeholders.
