Job summary

Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC is seeking a Credit Control Executive to manage credit deals and monitor accounts receivable across brand portfolios. The role involves credit assessments, maintaining customer credit master data in SAP, and ensuring compliance with approval protocols.

You will collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve collection issues, conduct periodic credit reviews, and prepare monthly AR reports, aiming for timely payments and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Credit as credit analyst.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing).
• Competency with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Verify supporting documents and ensure validity for credit assessments.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and submit for approval.
• Update credit approval terms in SAP Customer Credit master and maintain tracker.
• Monitor accounts receivable for non-payments and coordinate resolutions with Finance and Sales.
• Prepare monthly AR/credit reports and ensure timely delinquency status reporting.
