Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a Construction Director to lead a multi-disciplinary, high-profile project portfolio including luxury hotels, residential and mixed-use developments. You will oversee a broad PMC team, manage client and government interfaces, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and robust reporting to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years experience with 7 years being similar to this project/role.
• Experience with large scale construction operations and management of multiple contracts, particularly luxury hotels, residential and mixed use developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi functional PMC team delivering varied residential and hotel projects.
• Monitor contractors for contractual compliance and progress against schedule.
• Ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality with highest health and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to identify new opportunities.
