Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced leadership.

• Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead business growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Oversee tendering, pricing, and risk assessments for high-value projects.
• Develop commercial frameworks and systems to enable profitability.
• Negotiate contracts, LOIs, and final commercial terms with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance to prepare proposals.
• Strengthen client relationships with government entities and consultants.
• Mentor teams in business development, contracts, and commercial ops.
• Ensure alignment of commercial strategy with delivery and KPIs.
