Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of change management, communications, and adoption measurement within our Data & AI programme. You will translate strategy into a structured plan grounded in Kotter principles, ensuring measurable adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10-14 years in organisational change management or enterprise programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall change-management and communication approach across segments.
• Manage senior sponsors and PMO; secure leadership sponsorship.
• Define the communication plan, principles and initiative charters; oversee seven initiatives and six channels.
• Direct Adoption & Measurement: KPI framework, surveys, dashboards and reporting cadence.
