Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a seasoned Business Architect to bridge business strategy and technology in Saudi Arabia. You will map processes, operating models, and data to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and drive transformation initiatives.

You will lead workshops with stakeholders, collaborate with IT teams, and shape roadmaps while promoting clear communication and governance across functions. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in business architecture or related roles.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
Experience in stakeholder management and clear communication.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is advantageous.
Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy, operating models and processes into architecture artifacts that guide enterprise initiatives and technology alignment.
Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks that support long-term business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and develop solutions that align with the overall strategy.
Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus around business architecture initiatives.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with and support business strategies.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that business architecture remains relevant and effective.
