Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a seasoned Business Architect to bridge business strategy and technology in Saudi Arabia. You will map processes, operating models, and data to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and drive transformation initiatives.

You will lead workshops with stakeholders, collaborate with IT teams, and shape roadmaps while promoting clear communication and governance across functions. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in business architecture or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Experience in stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
