Job summary

Siemens Mobility Saudi Arabia invites a seasoned Finance professional to lead Performance Controlling for the Smart Infrastructure Buildings unit in Riyadh. You will drive forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and business steering with a focus on transparency and value creation.

You will partner with country and regional leadership, identify growth opportunities, and lead digitalization initiatives, dashboards, and automation to enhance decision quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance controlling and finance partner roles.
• Strong planning, forecasting, reporting, and profitability steering capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance Controlling for the SI B Saudi Arabia with high-quality transparency and reporting.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to identify growth and productivity improvements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target-setting with accurate forecasts.
• Act as trusted advisor translating financial info into actionable business insights.
• Drive productivity, cash flow, margin, and growth targets.
• Lead digital transformation and automation within the controlling function.
