Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Director/Senior Director of Operational Planning & Performance to translate strategic priorities into coordinated operating plans and provide leadership across the business. You will lead enterprise planning cycles, establish governance, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver executive dashboards to track progress and drive strong execution.

The role requires 15+ years in planning, with cross-functional experience and advanced skills in Excel

Qualifications

15+ years in operational planning or performance management.
Experience leading enterprise planning cycles across multiple units.
Proven ability to align priorities among senior leaders.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead annual and periodic enterprise planning cycles with alignment between objectives and budgets.
Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting across units.
Establish governance structures and planning methodologies for effective execution.
Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Design and maintain executive dashboards to provide visibility into performance.
Monitor progress against OKRs, balanced scorecards, and strategic initiatives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes.
Coordinate enterprise-wide reviews and governance meetings with leadership.
Ensure consistency and quality of performance data and reporting.
