Job summary

Visible Stars Company seeks an Application Support Management Specialist to govern the lifecycle of all business applications. The role ensures security, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with technology standards by managing upgrades, vendor support, vulnerabilities, and certifications.

You will coordinate with infrastructure, information security, release management, enterprise architecture, and business teams to ensure production readiness and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in Application Support/ITSM.
• Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL and application lifecycle management required.
• Experience with upgrades, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Govern the lifecycle of business applications and manage upgrades and patches.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, and cybersecurity teams on vulnerabilities.
• Monitor certificates, licenses, and vendor deliverables to ensure renewal and support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including SAMA and internal governance.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on application health, risks, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Release, EA, and business teams during changes.
• Support budgeting for upgrades, licensing, and vendor support.
