Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Aftermarket Service Manager to oversee existing contracts in the assigned region and foster growth by aligning customer goals with business aims through data-led, customer-informed processes.

You will strengthen long-term relationships, drive recurring revenue and proactive service campaigns, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey across Oil & Gas, LNG, Chemicals and Mining sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Experience in Aftermarket Services and customer support.
• Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of regional customer dynamics and culture.
• Ability to influence leadership and drive ideas.
• Commitment to safety and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer contracts in the assigned region and create new ones aligning customer goals with business goals.
• Grow revenue through proactive service initiatives, upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely, data-led insights to internal teams.
• Educate customers on Honeywell solutions and capabilities (HCI products).
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure value realization and retention.
• Mitigate risk and address customer dissatisfaction to sustain long-term partnerships.
