Job summary

Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to provide expert technical support for Process Automation solutions. You will troubleshoot complex issues, implement optimized software/hardware configurations, and drive customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead project scopes, conduct customer training, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver tangible value. Frequent travel to client locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (electronics, instrumentation or computer systems).
• Minimum 10+ years of proven field service engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies.
• English proficiency at work level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project technical scopes and deliver the project objective.
• Be a technical focal point for LSS projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our PA solutions.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Program Manager.In this role, you will impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as electronic engineer, Instrumentation engineer or Computer systems engineer
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.
• Experion certification –OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred
• Experion Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient English level.
• Travel to customer place –travel based on the project need
