Job summary

Confidential Government seeks a senior advisor to guide the integration of international opportunities within the energy ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with multiple organizational units to align strategies with national energy goals and international collaboration priorities.

The role emphasizes developing standardized methodologies, overseeing international project progress, and engaging with targeted countries to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative sciences fields or any related field.

Responsibilities

• Recommends regarding leading the process of integrating international opportunities within the energy ecosystem, in collaboration with the relevant organizational units.
• Recommends regarding the development of standardized methodologies, tools, and guidelines to ensure effective management of international projects in accordance with best practices.
• Recommends regarding the progress of international projects, identifying risks and challenges, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation.
• Provides advice regarding developing tailored and joint programs with targeted countries for international projects in those countries to enable Saudi companies and the private sector to support the achievement of targets.
• Recommends regarding ensuring the integration of relationships among local companies operating in international projects to achieve the targets of the energy ecosystem in the targeted countries.
• Contributes to developing targets, programs, initiatives, and enablers to increase the participation of local companies in international energy projects.
• Recommends regarding providing support and inputs to the International Relations and Cooperation Agency in drafting memoranda of understanding, bilateral and multilateral agreements, and other international agreements, while ensuring their alignment with the energy sector strategies.
• Recommends regarding providing inputs and recommendations on international projects and matters related to local companies and the private sector.
• Provides advice regarding leading discussions on developing new strategic international project opportunities for local companies in targeted countries.
• Contributes to activating memoranda of understanding with regard to international projects and communicating with targeted countries to assess their energy sector challenges and objectives, and identify international opportunities in the energy sector in collaboration with the relevant organizational units within the ecosystem.
