Job summary

Zoom is seeking a strategic Account Executive to drive digital transformation within our Commercial sector. You will lead territory accounts and orchestrate multi-product solutions across UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, and AI to address business challenges.

In this role you will build robust pipelines, engage with C-level leaders, and negotiate multi-year agreements while delivering ROI-focused QBRs. This is a hybrid opportunity across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Executive experience across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX.
• Outbound prospecting, new logo acquisition, and customer insights.
• Strong CRM usage, forecasting, and deal progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via proactive outbound prospecting.
• Create data-driven territory plans to prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Execute hybrid prospecting combining social selling, partner co-selling, and direct outreach.
• Drive product consumption by unlocking unused entitlements.
• Engage C-Level through VP-level to align with transformation goals.
• Negotiate multi-year commercial agreements including services.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews showing ROI and roadmaps.
