Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader – Stores in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team handling spare parts, tyres, and oil stores, ensuring timely provisioning of orders, deliveries, and storage in line with procedures and quality standards.

You will implement and optimize store systems, collaborate with workshop teams, monitor performance, and maintain safe, cost-effective stock levels. English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in stores, inventory control, warehouse operations or related fields.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of spare parts, tyres, and oil store for efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain store systems for controlled inventory management.
• Collaborate with Workshop Supervisors and Team Manager to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Ensure stock of supplier-recommended spare parts to support maintenance operations.
• Monitor and report store performance, inventory trends, and expenditures regularly.
• Review and optimize minimum/maximum inventory levels for cost-effective stock.
• Identify operational challenges and monitor corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards across store operations.
• Analyze spare parts pricing and procurement trends to achieve cost efficiencies.
