Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Stock Controller to maintain optimal stock levels, accurate records, and smooth supply chain operations across branches. You will manage inbound/outbound goods, prevent stockouts or overstock, audit inventories, and collaborate with branch, warehouse, and sales teams.

You will monitor stock across stores, ensure accurate system records, and generate regular stock reports. Strong attention to detail and collaboration with merchandising teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in retail stock control or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across stores and ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Prevent overstock and stock shortages.
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Maintain high accuracy between physical stock and system stock.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure timely replenishment.
