The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across kitchen and food service areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations while supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality service.

Job Summary :

The Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, sanitizing work areas, handling waste disposal, and ensuring that all cleaning procedures are carried out according to company policies and hygiene standards.
