Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years post-basic experience, six months in specialty.
• Previous experience in Middle Eastern healthcare.
• Good command of English language.
• Appropriate nursing registration in country of recruitment (BSN/RN).
• Post-basic course qualification in the specialty.
• Valid BLS certificate.
• Transferable Iqama.

Aufgaben

• Assist physician in patient examinations and provide routine treatments.
• Obtain specimens for testing and record results.
• Perform initial assessment and plan of care; relay to physician.
• Ensure patient chart information is prepared prior to admission.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accuracy of records.
• Support infection prevention and control measures.
• Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement programs.
• Ensure safe administration of medications and monitoring of patients.
