Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Sports Facilities) for Saudi Arabia. The role demands 15+ years of stadium project delivery and strong PMC exposure to manage complex stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to designs, contracts, quality, and safety standards. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred for progression.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven stadium project-delivery and PMC experience.
• Experience with major sports infrastructure or large venues.
• PM certification such as PMP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience with project controls, risk management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale stadium and sports-facility projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality objectives, milestones, and deliverables within a PMC environment.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers, specialist vendors, authorities, and client representatives across project phases.
• Monitor construction progress and identify schedule, cost, quality risks requiring corrective action.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication between client leadership, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review project plans, progress reports, construction programmes, technical submissions, change requirements, and project controls information.
• Ensure sports-facility works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive resolution of project issues and interfaces to achieve timely completion, commissioning, and handover.
