Hiring Troops in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner on a flexible, contract basis to source top-tier candidates across tech, fintech, edtech, and emerging sectors.

You will leverage your deep network, market knowledge, and sourcing tools to identify high-caliber talent for Saudi startups and scaleups, while collaborating with internal teams and staying aligned with local regulation and salary norms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or recruitment (Not-tech).
• Deep understanding of the Saudi tech, fintech, and edtech ecosystem.
• Strong sourcing skills and access to professional subscriptions and networks.
• Knowledge of salary schemes, niche roles, and startup hiring practices.
• Familiarity with Saudi government hiring initiatives and regulations.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
• Flexible approach to shifting hiring priorities in dynamic startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a strong candidate network in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
• Use advanced sourcing tools and subscriptions (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche job boards, etc.) effectively.
• Understand market compensation, hiring trends, and Saudi government initiatives impacting hiring.
• Provide insight on candidate pipelines, market availability, and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and expectations.
