Job summary

Alfanar Group is seeking a senior Architectural Project Manager in Riyadh to supervise construction and planning, coordinate architecture with MEP and subcontractors, and ensure quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering and 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on coordination, shop drawings, risk management, and safety compliance in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 10-15 years of work experience in architecture or construction project supervision.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project construction and planning, site contractors, ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
• Supervise architecture, hardscape and softscape, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors for timely approvals, materials, samples, mock ups and shop drawings.
• Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and subcontractors for proper execution of finishing works.
• Review shop drawings and coordination drawings to produce fully coordinated shop drawings for execution.
• Study interactions between trades, raise RFIs for discrepancies, and provide solutions to facilitate consultant approvals.
• Manage productivity of architectural works to align with the contractor's schedule.
• Develop site logistics plans (mobilization/demobilization).
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout construction.

• Liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors for timely submission and follow up to obtain consultant timely approvals for material, samples, mock ups, shop drawings
• Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and subcontractors for proper execution of finishing works
• Reviewing shop drawings, details of finishes and coordinate the produced shop drawings made by different subcontractors to result in fully coordinated shop drawing ready for execution.
• Study the details of interactions between different trades and raise RFls on discrepancies and provide solutions to facilitate the approval of consultants
• Manage the productivity of the architectural works to match the schedule of works set by the general contractor
• Develop site logistics (mobilization / demobilization) plans
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts on project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
