Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring requirements, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholders, documentation, testing, and deliverables adhere to objectives.

You will develop plans, gather and document requirements, coordinate across internal departments and external partners, monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issues to resolution, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Define project activities, dependencies, responsibilities, and completion criteria.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, business units, and external service providers.
• Monitor the execution of project plans and ensure activities are completed according to approved schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on agreed actions, decisions, and outstanding requirements.
• Support the resolution of execution issues and coordination gaps affecting project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
• Coordinate implementation and project handover activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure required approvals, documentation, and acceptance criteria are completed before project closure.

Functional Responsibilities

Project Planning & Requirements

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

Progress Monitoring & Risk Management

• Monitor project progress against approved plans, milestones, and deliverables.

• Develop and follow up on mitigation and recovery actions.
• Evaluate the impact of changes and issues on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Escalate significant risks and delays to the relevant management when required.

Testing, Implementation & Handover

• Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
• Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are completed before implementation.
• Coordinate implementation and project handover activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure required approvals, documentation, and acceptance criteria are completed before project closure.
• Support post-implementation follow-up and closure of outstanding issues.

Project Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, meeting records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Maintain accurate records of project requirements, changes, decisions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and required actions.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Improvement

• Review project outcomes and document lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities to improve project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting practices.
• Support the implementation of approved project management process improvements.

General Responsibilities
