This position is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, and M365 platforms
• Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades
• Act as L3 support for complex operational issues and CRs
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously½ improve infrastructure operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years ofمى experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles.
• Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies.
