Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Spa & Recreation Manager to lead our wellness team within a vibrant hospitality setting. The role requires strong guest focus, team leadership, and budget/inventory oversight, with Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.

You will supervise spa and recreation operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to memorable guest experiences across our hotels worldwide.

• OurSpa & Recreation Manager love to support our members and guests ambitions to run longer, try harder and aim higher to achieve their goals. It’s far more than just handing out towels!
• You will manage our leisure team and lead by example, ensuring our standards of cleanliness are high and our guests are safe, whilst managing budgets and inventory
• As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the leisure department
