Ibtdara invites applications for a Social Media & Content Executive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will work hands-on to create engaging content, record mobile videos, and manage social media presence in collaboration with the Video Editor and marketing team.

You will turn raw footage into compelling content for multiple platforms, maintain a content calendar, and support paid campaigns while staying on-trend with evolving social media formats.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
• On-site in Jeddah is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Comfortable recording videos with a mobile phone.
• Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of engaging content.

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and is comfortable recording videos, developing content ideas, interacting with people, and managing our social media presence.

You will work closely with our Video Editor and marketing team to turn raw content into engaging social media content and help grow our presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Record photos and short-form videos using a mobile device.
• Develop creative content ideas for Reels, short videos, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor to turn recorded footage into engaging content.
• Publish and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Support and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Must be available to work on-site in Jeddah.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Comfortable recording videos and creating content using a mobile phone.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other paid social advertising platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of what makes social media content engaging.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience creating or managing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, or other short-form content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Experience working with a video editor or content production team.
