Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a SOC Security Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the SOC at AMP-2, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and coordination across plant security. Reporting to the Senior SOC Supervisor, you will maintain logs, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders during emergencies, while ensuring CCTV systems and security tools function properly.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years in security or SOC, with APCO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of security experience.
• 2+ years in SOC or equivalent, supervisory/shift-lead preferred.
• APCO certifications preferred (e.g., Public Safety Telecommunicator, Fire Service Communications, Emergency Medical Dispatch).
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring with relevant training/certification.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with professional communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC shift activities and systems to ensure continuous monitoring and incident response.
• Coordinate with SOC management and security personnel to support plant operations and incident response.
• Ensure AMP-2 SOC is staffed, operational, and responsive 24x7.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on safety, security, and routine operational matters.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, handover reports, and other SOC records.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports to SOC leadership.
