As a Site Selection Manager supporting Italent Middle East in Dammam and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of site selection, real estate appraisal, commercial analysis, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale data center builds. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and securing prime real estate parcels for mission-critical data center deployments, conducting rigorous feasibility studies covering zoning, power availability, fiber connectivity, and environmental compliance, collaborating with construction, engineering, and legal teams to negotiate lease and purchase agreements, managing commercial budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract reviews, interacting with municipal authorities and regional stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi Vision 2030 regulatory frameworks, and coordinating with executive leadership. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex real estate and commercial anomalies under strict project delivery timelines. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the Saudi National requirement, construction/real estate background, and Dammam/Riyadh location.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive professional experience in construction, real estate development, or commercial analysis.
• Mandatory Saudi National citizenship required for this role in accordance with national employment guidelines.
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in real estate acquisition, site selection, or commercial contract management.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of regional property markets, zoning regulations, and construction project lifecycles.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, negotiation, and problem‑solving capabilities under complex market conditions.
