Job summary

Merge Recruitment Agency is looking for a skilled technician to coordinate and conduct installations of security network products in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience with surveillance systems and physical security technologies, along with relevant certifications. Responsibilities include managing service events, training staff, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of networking technologies and work with Microsoft servers.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
• Installing, operating and training security network products
• Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
• Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
• Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff.
• Recognize situations requiring a service call Escalation and follows proper Escalation Procedures.
• Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Validating actual problem and validating correct parts to be used for service
• Effective 'debrief and reporting of service call for future enhancements
• Documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork.

Job Skills

• Have a minimum 4-5 years of Hands-on Technical implementation experience in Surveillance systems and Physical security systems.
• Strong background with the underlying technologies such as Networking, WLNA , CCTV , Access Control, Arm barriers, Bollard systems …. ets
• Have a solid Background in (Milestone, Lenel, HID ….) is a must.
• Have a solid background in Fire Alarm systems will be preferred.
• Have solid background in Physical security systems will be preferred.
• Able to work with Microsoft servers (any version).
• Certified CCNA / CCNP will be preferred.
• Certified Milestone will is a plus.
