Job Description
- Design, implement, and integrate end-to-end security systems across facilities and infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize Video Management Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and perimeter protection solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of security systems with central control rooms and command centers.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain real-time control center feeds, alarms, and incident response workflows.
- Coordinate with IT, network, and smart systems teams to ensure interoperability and system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Support planning and implementation of security enhancements for critical infrastructure and smart environments.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in security systems design, integration, and operations.
- Strong expertise in VMS, ACS, and perimeter security systems
- Experience with command & control center operations and integrations
- Knowledge of IP-based security systems, networking, and cybersecurity basics
- Ability to manage multi-vendor security platforms and system interoperability
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
- Preferred Certifications (Optional): Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent
- Vendor certifications (e.g., Hikvision, Milestone, Genetec, Honeywell, Lenel)
- Security systems or low-current certifications
