Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across project areas. You will assist the HSE team with site inspections, risk assessments, and promoting safe working practices.

You will work under the HSE Manager and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with procedures, method statements, and project requirements. Fresh graduates with an HSE background are welcome applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 0-3 years of relevant HSE experience, fresh graduates with HSE background can be considered.
• Basic practical knowledge of construction site safety requirements.
• Good understanding of risk assessments, method statements, PPE.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent is an advantage.
• First Aid / CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Project HSE Plan and site safety requirements.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and safety walks.
• Identify unsafe acts, conditions, hazards, and report them.
• Monitor PTW requirements and high-risk activities.
• Promote safe work practices and PPE usage.
