Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems across terminal construction activities in Jeddah. The role promotes a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with local regulations, airport requirements, and international best practices.

You will lead safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and training programs, coordinate emergency planning, and oversee environmental compliance and waste

Qualifications

• Min 15 years of HSE management experience on aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE regulations and international standards.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-wide HSE policies, procedures, and audits.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety campaigns.
