Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior HSE Coordinator to lead day‑to‑day Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on the project. You will support the HSE Manager, implement the HSE Management System, and drive safe work practices across construction teams and contractors.

You will conduct inspections, review risk assessments, and ensure compliance with PTW and high‑risk controls. A strong background in airport/airside safety and robust incident investigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, airport, civil, or large‑scale development projects.
• Proven experience in site HSE coordination and contractor management.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent; IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent; OSHA training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day Health, Safety, and Environment activities across project areas.
• Support HSE Manager in implementing Project HSE Management System and HSE Plan.
• Conduct regular site HSE inspections and safety walks.
• Review risk assessments, JSAs/JHAs, and method statements from HSE perspective.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, high‑risk activity controls, and safe work procedures.
