Job summary

Uasmart, a leading engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Site Supervision to oversee project execution and supervise construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience in project management and site supervision, preferably with an engineering consultancy, with a mechanical engineering background and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in project management and site supervision.
• Previous experience with an Engineering Consultancy is mandatory.
• Strong project management and site supervision experience.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Mechanical engineering background is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project activities at the construction site.
• Coordinate site supervision activities with project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and requirements.
• Support effective project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and consultancy teams.
• Identify project issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support timely decision-making and problem resolution.
• Monitor site activities and ensure project requirements are followed.
• Maintain effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed objectives and timelines.
