Saeed Raddad Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Site Execution Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities, including piping, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and equipment installation in line with drawings, specs, method statements and project requirements.
You will lead coordination with site supervisor, subcontractors and QA/QC, perform inspections, ensure HSE compliance, review shop drawings, ITPs and submittals, and contribute to progress reporting and risk
Site Execution Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities piping HVAC plumbing fire-fighting and equipment installation in accordance with approved drawings specifications method statements and project requirements Technical Coordination Coordinate with the Site Supervisor subcontractors civil and electrical disciplines and QA QC to resolve site technical issues clashes and interface problems Field Inspection Conduct site inspections and verify routing alignment supports materials and workmanship to confirm installations meet approved requirements Safety amp Quality Compliance Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements QA QC procedures approved ITPs drawings specifications and applicable engineering standards ASME ASHRAE NFPA or as specified Witness and support pressure testing flushing and pre-commissioning activities Review shop drawings material submittals and method statements and raise RFIs where needed Monitor daily progress against the schedule and report delays risks and material or manpower needs Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain inspection and test records Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting construction and industrial projects Saudi Council of Engineers SCE registration Good working knowledge of mechanical drawings P amp IDs specifications ITPs and QA QC procedures Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office exposure to scheduling tools is an advantage Strong communication and coordination skills English required Arabic an advantage Valid Saudi driving licence preferred Conduct site inspections to verify dimensions levels materials and workmanship against approved requirements Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements and safety regulations Implement QA QC procedures and verify adherence to approved ITPs drawings specifications and engineering standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues on site Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports punch lists and non conformance documentation Monitor progress and quality of work to identify and mitigate potential risks Support project planning by providing accurate field data and feedback Assist in the review and approval of material submittments and shop drawings Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on mechanical aspects Maintain accurate records of inspections test results and compliance documentation Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, construction, and industrial projects. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Good working knowledge of mechanical drawings, P&IDs, specifications, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; exposure to scheduling tools is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills; English required, Arabic an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
