Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a proactive Site Administrator to support the Qurayah project site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate gate passes, document control, and personnel records while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with HSE requirements.

You will manage workforce logistics, petty cash, and local purchasing, collaborating with the Project Manager and Site Manager to deliver on-site goals with multinational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in site administration, with strong document control and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT skills for site needs.
• Experience with local purchasing, contract negotiations, and maintaining personnel records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end site administration activities, including gate pass processing, document control, and maintaining project records for personnel and materials.
• Organize safety inductions and maintain compliance documentation.
• Manage workforce logistics: travel, airport transfers, accommodation, visa processing, and government documents.
• Oversee site petty cash and local purchasing of tools, consumables, and spare parts; create purchase requisitions and liaise with procurement.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the project site.
