Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction activities at the worksite in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with site and construction managers, ensure adherence to drawings, specs, building codes, and safety standards, and manage materials, subcontractors, and progress reporting.

The role emphasizes QA/QC, HSSE compliance, and proactive problem-solving to keep the project on schedule and within budget, culminating in a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Masters in Engineering Management or equivalent preferred.
• PMP or similar certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction activities at the worksite to ensure efficient, safe execution.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, Construction Managers and stakeholders to meet project scope and objectives.
• Ensure QA/QC processes, inspections, and tests to maintain high standards.
• Enforce HSSE regulations and provide safety briefings on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare site for final handover with required inspections and documentation.
