Job summary

Egis Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Site Supervision Engineer to lead day-to-day site inspections, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and QA/QC standards.

The role requires coordinating with MEP, reviewing RFIs, NCRs, and punch lists, maintaining safety, and delivering accurate daily logs and progress reports. Prior aviation facility or large-span projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of site supervision on major projects; aviation/large-span preferred.
• Experience with MEP coordination and on-site QC processes.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Aconex, and MS Office.
• English fluency; Arabic a plus; SCE license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site inspections of civil, structural, architectural works.
• Verify materials and techniques meet drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with technical team on RFIs, MARs, shop drawings.
• Log issues and re-inspect NCRs and punch lists.
• Coordinate with MEP inspectors for system integration.
• Monitor workforce, equipment, productivity, and schedules.
• Identify delays and report to Senior Engineer.
• Support HSE on-site and enforce safety.
• Prepare daily logs, reports, and progress photos.
• Assist in weekly/monthly progress data for payments.
