Job summary

Nudooj, a fast-growing construction and real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Construction Manager to lead site execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets.

You will coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders, review drawings and BOQs, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction standards.
• Leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
